Surveillance video released by the NYPD shows a man in a red hoodie with black pants and another man in a black hoodie with gray jeans, crouched and walking into the Sunshine Deli, before approaching the clerk and pointing a gun in his face. Both men are between 5 feet 7 inches and 5 feet 9 inches tall, police said.

Police sources said the NYPD is investigating the shooting as a robbery. The cash register was found empty at the scene, sources said.
